Addition of a full bathroom for servicing guest bedrooms. Also, an addition of a half bathroom on terrace to service 2nd and 3rd level guests. Meticulously matched existing Zen designed penthouse with the addition of the two bathrooms. Imported Italian Basaltina stone and custom larch millwork for matching original design by architect Victoria Blau. Matched Lefroy brooks bathroom hardware with existing design. New complex plumbing, HVAC and lighting systems were added to complete project. Client and architect were overseas during construction and architect made minimal site visits for completion.
