Gut renovation of the 92nd street Y nursery school library. All new HVAC systems, Plumbing systems and state of the art lighting system integrated on a single touch pad. Over 160 linear feet of custom stone. Over 160 linear feet of custom millwork with integrated book shelves and storage. Existing brick was acid washed, sealed and left exposed. Existing pyramid sky lights were left as is and made adequate to use for new space.
